Pa visited us in September! It was awesome. Being 75, it is awesome he steps on a plane in Amsterdam and flies all the way to Canada! This time he was accompanied by two of his sister, Gre and Annie. The were staying at another sister in Belleville.
I picked him up there after a couple of days and he stayed a week with Nathalie and me in Beeton. We had a great time, too short though. Anyway, the man likes his coffee and after less than a week in Canada he knew where to get the coffee! Where else than Tim Hortons! Only he kept calling it TOM Hortons. Close, but no cigar! Good thing he doesn't smoke anymore ;-)
I took dad on several drives through the neighbourhood and we always stopped for coffee or lunch at Tom uhm Tim Hortons! Yeah, he slowly turned into a Timmie addict!
The reason I am writing all this is because I made a nice picture of him in front of a Timmies(Stayner) So here it is: my dad and Tom uuuhhhmmm TIM!
